Our Story
|
Welch Designs is owned and operated by Scott Welch. Scott is a professional designer that has been helping home owners create the home of their dreams for over 25 years. Beginning in the early 1990's Scott started designing homes with his father, Bert Welch, in a family run design firm. It was here that Scott first started to learn the principles of residential design. Scott went on to design and build his own custom homes in the late 1990's and early 2000's. From here Scott went into commercial construction managing multi-million dollar projects. With his vast experience in construction, from design to building, Scott decided to open Welch Designs, a residential design firm in 2015. With a mission to help all home owners design their new or remodeled home around the way they live. |
